Billing and payments with Stripe


We have partnered with Stripe to make managing your billing and payments easy. To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you're signed into your Haptic account.

  2. Under Account, select the Manage Billing button to access the Stripe billing portal.

Once redirected to your billing portal, you will be able to see a few different categories:

  1. Current Plan: This will showcase the Server Slots you currently own with Haptic and how much you are paying per month.

  2. Payment Method: Here you can add or change how you pay for your Haptic plan.

  3. Billing Information: Here you can add or change your billing email and address.

  4. Invoice History: This area shows you which dates you were billed for each Haptic Server Slot you have purchased.
