Getting started with Haptic

Welcome to Haptic! We are trying to be the absolute best game server hosting available. Our unique approach to the way game servers are handled will not only be useful to you, but will also be a blast to interact with. We think you're going to love it. Let's get started below!

Server Slots are the bread and butter of Haptic, and we're so excited for you to start using them. These are what will house your game instance and serve players in the games you play. With your Server Slot, you can unequip a game instance and load up another from your Backpack on demand.

This is where your Server Slots live and breathe. Once a game instance is equipped and spun up in any one of your Server Slots, there will be an IP address to which you can connect at the bottom of the slot.

Backpack is our way of storing and managing all your different game instances. You can have up to 16 different backpack slots available to you and can equip or swap them out of your Server Slots at any point.

This is where so much of the magic happens. By using your game creation tool, you can forge entire game instances out of the aether. Just select a game, name it, and that's it. Of course, you can customize it much further with your own world file, admin rights, and more too, only if you want to.
