How to upgrade my Server Slot

You can change your Haptic plan at any time by following these steps:

1. Make sure you're signed into your Haptic account.

2. Under Account, select the Change Plan button inside your Server Slot subscription card.

3. The plan you currently have will be greyed out. Hit the Select Plan button on the plan you would like to change to.

4. When you're ready, select the Confirm Change button.

A plan upgrade takes effect immediately so you can enjoy all of the added features of your new plan. We've taken care of the prorating for you so your billing date will not change.

A plan downgrade with a lower price will also take effect immediately, however, please note that your billing will only change at the start of the next billing period.

For example, you can upgrade from Duo to Squad, and then upgrade from Squad to Raid in the same month and you will be charged the billing changes immediately. However, if you downgrade your plan, your downgraded price will only take effect on your next billing date.

You can cancel any of your Server Slots at any time.
