Server startup crashes fixed for Valheim, Minecraft, and FiveM

Modded servers on Valheim, Minecraft, Terraria, FiveM, and RedM now start reliably, Windrose connections are more stable, config editors flag needed restarts, and Minecraft Bedrock now supports addons.

• See when a config change needs a restart: When you edit a server's settings through the config file, the dashboard now shows a clear notice if the running server hasn't picked up the change yet, so you know a restart is needed.
• "Linked to dashboard" badge on config files: Files that are tied to your Overview settings now show a badge in the file manager and editor, so you know editing them there also updates the dashboard toggles (and vice versa).
• Minecraft Bedrock now supports addons: You can now install .mcaddon packs on your Minecraft Bedrock server, and Haptic automatically turns on any experiments the addon needs.
