V Rising server hosting, done properly
A dedicated V Rising world for your clan, with every server setting in the dashboard, Thunderstore mods tested before they reach you, and admins and bans managed by Steam ID. Friends find it by name in the in-game server list or connect straight to the address on your server card.
Hardware built for V Rising
V Rising is heavy on single-thread performance, so we run it on top-tier AMD Ryzen 9 processors, including the flagship 9950X, with NVMe storage. Every V Rising plan also gets 2GB of extra memory headroom on top of what you pay for, because the V Rising server is a Windows program, and the layer that runs it on our Linux machines needs room of its own.
Every rule of the hunt, your way
PvP or PvE, raid windows, castle limits, loot, crafting and blood drain rates, day length, blood moons, vampire and enemy strength: more than 100 settings, each a labeled control in the dashboard, or one of the game's 31 ready-made rule sets. Scheduled wipes are built in, and the old world is kept.
Thunderstore mods, tested first
Add BepInEx server plugins from Thunderstore on the Mods card. Each one is tested on a real V Rising server before it can reach yours, and Haptic installs and updates BepInEx itself. Server-side plugins such as KindredCommands work for everyone who joins, with nothing to install on their side.
Admins and bans by Steam ID
The Admins tab keeps your admin and ban lists in step with the server's own files. Add a friend's Steam ID and, once they type adminauth in the game's console, they have the admin commands. Bans made in game are kept too.
Unlimited backups you can actually restore
Automatic daily backups plus event backups around risky changes, with one-click restore. Bring an existing V Rising save with you: upload your world as a zipped save folder from your own game or another host and keep playing where you left off.
Full file accessBeta
A real file manager in the browser and SFTP for everything else. Edit configs, drop in mod files, or pull a copy of your save down whenever you want it.
V Rising tonight, something else next week
Your memory is a pool, not a V Rising-only rental. Swap this server to another game whenever you like, or run several games at once. One subscription covers all of it.

Create, play, and explore
across platforms.
Start on your phone. Build on your computer. Level up on your Xbox. Host games across your favorite platforms. And easily switch games from your phone, tablet, and computer, included in every plan. All on demand.
Questions? Answers.
Two ways. In the game, find your server by its name in the server list. Or use Direct Connect with the numeric IP address and port shown on your server card while the server is online, for example 203.0.113.10:33001. Direct Connect needs the numbers: the server's name-based address does not work there. If you set a password, friends enter it as they join.
Add your SteamID64 on the Admins tab of your server settings. In the game, enable the console in Options, open it and type adminauth. A running server picks up a new admin within about a minute, and a restart always does. Bans go on the same tab, and bans made in game with the game's own commands are kept.
Yes. V Rising mods are BepInEx plugins. Add them from Thunderstore on your server's Mods card, where each one is tested on a real V Rising server first, or upload your own plugin files into BepInEx/plugins with the file manager or SFTP. Haptic installs BepInEx for you. Server-side plugins such as KindredCommands work for every player with nothing to install; plugins tagged Client must also be installed by each player.
Yes. Zip the world's save folder, from your own game or from another host, and upload it with Upload World on your server's Backups card. The server switches to that save and loads it at the next start. Worlds from older V Rising versions are a different save format and cannot be loaded by the current game.
Haptic servers autosave every 20 minutes by default, and you can set anything from 1 to 60 minutes. Stopping or restarting the server saves the world first, and so does going to sleep on Wake & Play. Haptic also backs up your world every time the server stops and once a day, and you can restore any backup with one click.
Yes, that is what Wake & Play does. Your V Rising server saves and goes to sleep once nobody is on, and wakes on demand from the dashboard or a shared wake link, so you are not paying for an empty world. If you would rather it never sleep, choose Always On.
Yes, with your own Vivox account. V Rising's proximity voice runs through Vivox, so the keys come from you: put them in the voice settings file in Files (save-data, Settings, ServerVoipSettings.json), switch voice on in that file and restart.
Up to 128, the game's own limit, set with the Max Players setting. More players need more memory. Admin Slots lets admins in even when the server is full.
No. Haptic V Rising servers run the PC (Steam) version. PlayStation 5 players can only join servers running the separate PS5 server version, which Haptic does not offer.
V Rising servers on Haptic start at 4GB, which suits a small clan, and 6GB is the recommended size for a busier server or a modded one. Every V Rising plan also runs with 2GB of extra headroom on top of what you pay for. You can change memory from the dashboard at any time without moving your world.
