FiveM and RedM now support bringing your own framework
FiveM and RedM servers can now run custom frameworks and resources, with a persistent server.cfg, automatic oxmysql, a build picker, and fixed database backups. File edits also now stick across more games, including Palworld and DayZ.
Terraria, 7 Days to Die, Don't Starve Together, Project Zomboid, Factorio, Minecraft Bedrock, DayZ, Enshrouded, Core Keeper, Palworld and Windrose now treat your on-disk config as the source of truth. Edit a setting by hand or through the dashboard and it survives reboots and hibernation instead of getting overwritten.
Bring your own framework for FiveM and RedM
You can now run a custom framework and resources instead of a built-in one like QBCore or ESX. Haptic will discover and load your own resources automatically.
Custom Resources field for FiveM and RedM: Add your own resources to server.cfg with the new Custom Resources box on your FiveM or RedM dashboard. Unlike raw file edits, these survive restarts and boot-time regeneration.
Clearer banner when editing files on a stopped server: If your stopped server keeps its files persistent, the file manager now tells you that you're editing files directly and changes take effect on next start, instead of showing a generic "sleeping" message.
Force shutdown for stuck servers: When a server gets stuck online or mid-restart, you can now force shutdown it from the power button's dropdown, right from your dashboard. It's blocked while backups, uploads or file edits are in progress so you won't interrupt those.
Steam Workshop mod requests for Terraria and Conan Exiles: Request Workshop mods like Terraria tModLoader packs and Conan Exiles enhancements directly and have them installed onto your server automatically once approved.
Mod support added for Bedrock, DST, Palworld, Rust and Satisfactory: You can now browse, request and install mods for Minecraft Bedrock, DST, Palworld, Rust and Satisfactory, alongside the games already supported. Install status shows up right on the server so you can see when a mod is ready to go.
Smoother collaboration in the file manager: You'll now see when someone else is editing a file, and shared users with edit access can save changes even while the server is offline.
Pick your FXServer build for FiveM and RedM: A new build picker lets you choose a specific FXServer version for your server, so you control when it moves to something new.
Edit files while your server is asleep: Servers using cloud storage now show an editable copy banner, and your saves sync automatically once the server wakes back up.
Per-game file path guidance in the file manager: Every supported game now shows SFTP path tips and file tab notes specific to that game, so it's clearer where your files actually live.
Better Project Zomboid workshop mod detection: Mod ID parsing now understands Build 41 vs Build 42 declarations and branch info, so fewer workshop mods fail to install correctly.
Clearer Valheim world modifier settings: Removed a Hammer Mode checkbox that never actually did anything, and added heads-up warnings for world modifiers that need an in-game command to undo.
Live CPU graph and clearer join info on server cards: Server cards now show a live CPU usage graph, and the join address leads with your hostname instead of a raw IP. Console output is now clearly labeled, and games that don't support console commands disable the input.
Project Zomboid workshop maps now supported: You can now set the Map list so workshop maps like Raven Creek actually load on your server.
Smoother loading in the file browser: Navigating folders or opening files now keeps the previous listing visible (dimmed) with a spinner on top, instead of flashing to a blank loading screen.
Clearer message for brand-new servers with no files yet: FiveM, RedM, and Valheim servers don't have files until their first boot generates them. The file manager now explains this instead of implying an empty cloud copy exists to edit.
One Upload button for files and folders: The file manager's separate Upload and Upload Folder buttons are now combined into a single Upload menu with Files and Folder options. Drag-and-drop still accepts a mix of both.
New servers default to Always On: When creating a server, the signup page now pre-selects the Always On plan instead of Wake & Play for supported games, so your server stays running without needing to be woken up by players joining.
server.cfg no longer resets on restart for FiveM and RedM: Your server.cfg is now fully yours to edit. Haptic's required settings live in a separate managed file that loads first, so your custom lines always survive a restart.
oxmysql now included on every FiveM and RedM server: Every CFX server, including vanilla ones, now gets oxmysql set up automatically so database-dependent resources and frameworks load reliably.
Clearer warning when an upload would exceed your storage limit: Uploading files that would put you over your server's storage limit now fails with a clear message showing how much space you're using and your limit, instead of an unclear error.
Better SFTP compatibility with FileZilla and WinSCP: SFTP connections from popular clients are now more reliable, including support for multiple simultaneous connections and streaming downloads of large save files without a size cap.
Valheim now autosaves every 20 minutes instead of every 2: This reduces how often your Valheim server briefly pauses to save, cutting down on in-game hitches.
Browse your server's core game files: The file manager now shows your server's underlying game files in a read-only view, so you can see what's there even though you can't edit or delete them.
Changing your SFTP password now disconnects old sessions right away: Updating your SFTP password immediately closes any connections still using the old one, instead of waiting for them to expire.
