A new page to fix failed payments without signing in
Failed a renewal? A no-signin page now lets you pay instantly or pick a day within the week. This release also fixes Palworld admin passwords, Enshrouded saves, Terraria mod backups, Bedrock updates, and dozens of other game and dashboard bugs.

A dedicated page to fix a failed payment
If a renewal fails, you can now open a simple pay page (no sign-in needed) that explains what happened in plain terms and lets you pay right away with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Link or a card. If money's tight, you can pick a day within the next week to pay instead.
Support chat can now start a stopped server for you: When you ask our support chat to start your server, it can now actually start it through the same button you'd use on your dashboard, then check back a few minutes later to confirm it came up.
Set your Palworld server's autosave interval: You can now adjust how often Palworld autosaves from the Gameplay settings on the overview or Files tab. Autosaving less often reduces the stutter players feel every 30 seconds by default, and a normal stop, restart, hibernation or backup still saves first.
Mod request list is easier to read: Your requested mods now show up as a single tidy line, with the full reason only a tap away. Reach labels are also shorter so mod names aren't squeezed off the screen.
Settings changes now reach your running server faster: When you save a setting, it now lands on your live server within seconds instead of waiting for the next automatic sync.
Settings saves now always go through: Saving a setting no longer fails or asks you to try again because of what your server is doing. If it can't apply instantly, it applies quietly in the background.
New RuneScape: Dragonwilds settings: autosave, max players, platform policy: You can now set your Dragonwilds server's autosave interval, maximum player count, and platform policy right from the dashboard.
Manage your Dragonwilds server's admin list from the dashboard: You can now set player IDs as admins for your RuneScape: Dragonwilds server directly from Haptic.
New servers autosave every 20 minutes by default: Rust, Satisfactory, Factorio and Project Zomboid servers now start with a 20-minute autosave interval instead of the old default, so new worlds are protected sooner.
Mod search suggests requestable mods when nothing turns up: If a search on the Mods card finds nothing in our catalog, we now show matching results from the game's mod site so you can request them.
Bedrock mod catalog fills in with popular add-ons: Thin Bedrock mod catalogs now seed themselves with top add-ons, so there's more to browse right away.
Restart triangle now shows up consistently everywhere you save: Every place you can save a setting, including the mobile panel, now runs the same checks and shows the same restart indicator when a change needs one.
Bedrock can now request texture packs too: The mod request tool for Minecraft Bedrock now covers CurseForge texture packs, not just add-ons, and labels them clearly.
New cancel flow: real offers, and a pause that actually stops billing: Canceling now offers one relevant deal based on your reason, including 3 months for the price of 1. You can also pause your server for 1 to 4 months instead of canceling outright, and it genuinely stops the server while paused.
First-day help for new servers nobody's joined yet: If your new paid server hasn't had anyone connect yet, you'll now see a heads-up banner on My Servers and get a single "Need a hand?" email to help you get it running.
Chat widget is more honest and reliable: The support chat widget now shows accurate Sent/Online status, keeps your messages in order even on shaky connections, and emails you if you get a reply you haven't seen yet.
Pages load faster, especially on phones: We trimmed unnecessary downloads from every page, so your first tap registers sooner, particularly on slower phone connections.
Terraria tModLoader worlds and mod configs now upload properly: You can now upload your tModLoader world file directly, and mod configuration files have their own dedicated spot in Files/SFTP so they're backed up along with everything else.
New Bedrock servers now follow Mojang's latest releases automatically: Servers set to "Latest" now pick up new Mojang releases on their own. If you pin a specific version instead, we now make clear that a pinned version won't auto-update.
Counter-Strike 2 now asks for a server token, and shows update notices: CS2 servers now prompt for a Steam Game Server Login Token so more than just LAN players can join. You'll also see a "New update available" notice, and unsupported maps and modes have been removed from the options.
Autosave settings added for more games: Valheim, Minecraft Paper, Icarus, Don't Starve Together and Satisfactory now have autosave controls you can adjust from your dashboard, and Satisfactory's save settings now properly reach the current game version.
"New update available" now shows for every supported game: Previously only 7 games showed an update notice when a new version was ready. Now every game with tracked builds shows it, so you'll know when it's time to update.
Workshop mods update instantly so players stop getting kicked: When a Steam Workshop mod author ships an update, your server now switches over right away instead of holding an old version that used to boot everyone until it caught up.
Let someone else manage your group's Discord bot install: If you're not an admin of your group's Discord, you can now generate a one-time link for whoever runs it so they can finish setting up Haptic for Discord.
New Enshrouded settings: server tags and reserved slots: You can now set your Enshrouded server's browser tags (looking for players, language, playstyle) and reserve slots by role for admins, friends, and guests, right from the dashboard.
Heads-up email before a renewal that might fail: If your payment method looks likely to bounce, we'll now send a reminder a few days before your renewal with a quick link to update how you pay.
Yearly plan renewal reminders, and paused plans actually stop your server: Yearly subscribers now get a heads-up before their plan renews with the amount they'll be charged. We also fixed cases where a paused plan left its server running instead of stopping it.
