October was a big month for new games and for the stuff that happens behind the scenes when you actually try to play one. Four new titles landed, crossplay got simpler, mod support spread to a bunch of games that didn't have it, and world uploads finally load what you actually uploaded.
Here's everything that shipped.
🎮 New games to host

V Rising
V Rising is now live on both Wake & Play and Always On plans, starting at 4 GB.
Astroneer
Astroneer is now available to rent, starting at a 3 GB tier with a 1 GB boost option.
HumanitZ
HumanitZ is now available to rent, starting at 3 GB with a 2 GB boost option and mod support through file uploads.

Minecraft Java
Minecraft Java and Bedrock crossplay can now share one port, turned on at signup or with a one-click dialog.
Minecraft Bedrock
You can find the Bedrock crossplay toggle straight from dashboard search by typing things like bedrock, crossplay, xbox or geyser.
Valheim's crossplay join code now shows up on the server card, share text and every other join surface, including after Wake & Play starts the server.
Minecraft Bedrock
Bedrock crossplay servers now pick up Geyser updates automatically.

Counter-Strike 2
Counter-Strike 2 servers can now install plugins and Workshop maps.
Enshrouded
Enshrouded, Satisfactory, Don't Starve Together, Core Keeper and Factorio all gained real mod or Workshop support this month.
7 Days to Die
7 Days to Die now supports custom mods, uploaded into the Files or SFTP Mods folder.
Astroneer
Astroneer servers now support console access, admin roles, mod installs and an Idle Tick Rate setting.
📦 World uploads, rebuilt
Improved
Better than before
Starting a new world now works the same way on every game
pick a seed, set world options, and choose whether to start the server right away.
World uploads now support files up to 10 GB, and a dropped connection only resends the current part.
If your upload contains several worlds, you can now switch to a different one without re-uploading anything.
Large world imports with hundreds of thousands of files finish significantly faster.
💳 Billing and support, clearer

Billing emails are quieter overall
a brief payment hiccup no longer triggers an email, and retries happen without bothering you.
Payment and dunning emails now show the real pause time in Pacific time, the correct amount owed, and matching links.
Support chat answers now name the exact tab, button or path for your game when you ask how to find a setting or manage admins.

- Palworld servers offer a simple restart instead of a forced world wipe.
- Palworld console players no longer get locked out after a character death.
- Palworld co-op settings from world import now apply, and no longer secretly enable guild auto-reset.
Project ZomboidFixes: 3
- Project Zomboid backups no longer fail on busy servers.
- Adding a map to Project Zomboid now actually loads it.
- Project Zomboid admin logs are viewable again, with passwords hidden.
FactorioFixes: 3
- Factorio's map presets, including Lakes and Island, now match the actual game again.
- Switching Factorio's Space Age setting no longer resets your world.
- Factorio now resumes from your newest autosave after a crash.
DayZFixes: 3
- DayZ shutdown and restart console commands now work.
- DayZ join links and server info now use the correct address.
- DayZ now supports the Badlands DLC map, Nasdara, with its own Night Lighting option.
EnshroudedFixes: 3
- Enshrouded 1.0 servers boot again.
- Enshrouded 1.0 mods work again.
- Enshrouded's public join address now shows the right port.
RustFixes: 3
- Rust auto-wipe no longer leaves your server wiped and offline.
- Rust's Ban role now actually bans players.
- Rust wipe servers now keep the right map seed and keep names.
