DayZ: Console Commands

Open your server in My Servers, type in the Console card's command box and press Enter. Your server must be online. Swap the made-up names, numbers and messages in the examples for your own. To stop or restart, use the Power buttons.

players lists who is online, with a number for each. You need the number for kick and ban.

commands lists the commands the server knows.

version shows the BattlEye version.

admins shows who is connected to the console.

say -1 sends a message to everyone online.

say with a player number sends a private message. The player must be online.

#lock stops new players joining. Players already in stay.

#unlock lets new players join again.

Get the player's number from players. The player must be online.

kick removes a player by number. Add a reason if you like.

ban bans an online player by number. Then the minutes (0 is forever) and a reason. The player must be online.

banIP bans an online player's address the same way. The player must be online.

#exec ban bans an online player by name into the ban.txt list. The player must be online.

addBan bans someone who is offline. Use their BattlEye ID (32 letters and numbers) or an address, then minutes and a reason.

bans lists the bans, with a number for each.

removeBan lifts a ban by its number from bans.

writeBans saves the ban list to its file right away.

loadBans reloads the ban list after you edit its file in Files.
