A Haptic plan is simple: your first GB is free, and after that you pay only for memory (2 to 32 GB), usable for any game we host. Every game and every feature is included on every plan. There are two plan types, Wake & Play and Always On, and you can change your memory, plan type, or billing period whenever you like.
How Haptic pricing works
Instead of fixed tiers, you pick the amount of memory your worlds need:
Your first 1 GB is free. Every account gets its first GB on us, always. A 2 GB server costs one paid GB, not two.
Memory is the only thing you pay for. 2 GB up to 32 GB, adjustable any time.
Every game is included. Switch from Valheim to Minecraft to Palworld on the same plan, or run several games side by side.
No feature gates. Backups, mods, the file manager, custom hostnames, server sharing, and every other feature come with every plan.
Players are never limited by your plan. Max players is a normal server setting you control. More players simply need more memory to run smoothly.

Wake & Play or Always On
Wake & Play ($2.99 per GB after your free first GB): your server sleeps when nobody is playing and wakes when someone wants in. Perfect for groups that play a few times a week. Read What is Wake and Play?
Always On ($4.99 per GB after your free first GB): your server runs 24/7 and only restarts when you want it to. Best for active communities.
A few games need a server that never sleeps: Rust, FiveM, and RedM require an Always On plan.
Billing periods
Plans bill monthly by default. Quarterly billing saves 10% and yearly billing saves 25%.
One plan, many servers
Your memory is a budget you spread across your servers:
Each active server reserves at least 2 GB, so a 4 GB plan can run two smaller servers at the same time.
Servers you are not playing can be stashed. Stashed servers cost nothing to keep, hold onto their worlds and settings, and come back whenever you want.
Some games get a free memory boost on top of what you pay for, because they simply need more headroom to run well. You will see it on the server, and it never costs you anything.
Changing your mind is free
Upgrade, downgrade, switch plan type, or change your billing period any time from your dashboard: see How to upgrade or change my plan. You can also pause or cancel whenever you like, and every new subscription comes with a 7-day refund, no hoops.
